Belt conveyor for brown coal

The main key in this bachelor thesis is to calculate and design conveyor belt for transport of brown coal for the transport capacity of 140,000 kg per hour and the height difference of 10,5 m and axial distance between the drums at the both ends of 50 m. First part of the work is focused on the main parts of the conveyor belt construction. Then follows the part with the calculation of conveyor belt according to norm ČSN ISO 5048, which is then used for designing of the main parts of the conveyor belt and its dimensions. The thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design constuction of conveyor for transporting corn in distance of dune 26 meters and diference of height 6 meters. Scope of this work is functional compatation, main size, design of the drive and tension facilities of conveyor. Work include among others evaluation possibillities slant and design of change construction of conveyor. Components of work is strength check of the driving shaft. Attainment of this work is real posibility construction of conveyor, by task.
Belt conveyor for recycle aggregate

This work deals with an issue of a belt conveyor for transporting recycled stones. The goal of this work is finding a constructional solution of the belt conveyor for specific constructional parameters namely transport power, assigned axial distance of dunes and altitude difference. Firstly, this work includes a theoretical part describing the belt conveyor, the basic constructional element and the choice of the constructional elements. Secondly, this work includes the functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to the ISO ČSN 5048 regulation, the determination of basic sizes, the type of propulsion, the construction of tensioning device and the strength calculation for selected parts. Finally, the drawing documentation find attached to the work.

This bachelor thesis deals with a belt conveyor for the transportation of food grains. The aim is to perform a functional analysis and structural design of the angled conveyor belt to transport an output of 53,000 kg per hour, given an axial distance dunes of 19 m and a height difference of 3.5 m. The thesis contains a brief description of the main parts of the belt conveyor, the functional calculations according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, the determination of the main dimensions, the design of the drive and conveyor belt tensioning device. It is also performed stress analysis jacket and a driven drum, and analysis of the properties of the transported materials. The work is accompanied by drawings.

The aim of this thesis is to design an angled belt conveyor for transportation of food porn with the capacity of 85,000 kg per hour and axial distance between the drums at both ends of 23 meters and height difference of 5 meters. The thesis includes brief descriptions of individual parts of the conveyor, functional calculation, which is performed according to the current standard ISO 5048, determination of basic dimensions, design of the drive and tensioning device of the conveyor. The stress analysis of the driven drum has been carried out as well as a numerical buckling test for the bolts of the tensioning device. In its final part, the thesis contains an analysis of the characteristics of transported material. The thesis is accompanied by all the necessary technical drawings.

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of the belt conveyor for transport of food corn in to the axial distance of dune 24 metres and diference of height 6 metres and transport output of 150 000 kilogram per hour. Thesis contains a brief description of the basic components of the conveyor, section calculation according to the norm CSN ISO 5048, identifying the main dimensions, design the drive and tension system of the conveyor and strength calculation of the driven drum. Thesis also includes the calculation of lifetime control of the powered drum bearings and threaded rod for buckling. Finally, it analyzed the characteristics of the transported material. Thesis is accompanied by the required documentation.

This Bachelor thesis deals with suggestion of stationary inclined belt conveyor for transportation of crushed aggregate with desired output 130 tons per hour. The general summary and division of belt conveyors are described at the beginning of the Bachelor thesis. The next part of bachelor thesis deals with constructive solution of belt conveyor and description of its constituent elements. Computational part includes functional calculation, determination of main parameters, suggestion of drive and calculation of solidity of driveshaft.
Belt conveyor for quartz sand

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a belt conveyor according to the assigned parameters: conveyed material, conveyor capacity, axial distance between the drums at both ends and height difference. On the basis of these parameters a functional calculation is conducted in accordance with the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The main dimensions of the conveyor were determined as well as suitable components further described in the thesis. All necessary parts were designed. The thesis also includes strength calculation of drive shaft, calculation of bearing durability used for the drive shaft and calculation of safety factor in relation to limit state of bolt strut stability of tension mechanism. The conclusion part is focused on the evaluation of the designed conveyor when used for materials of different grain size and humidity. Required designed drawings are annexed.
